Copenhagen Christiansborg Palace and the Medieval town

Description:
Explore Christiansborg Palace the Kings working palace. Slotsholmen the historic centre of Copenhagen and the whole country. For nearly 900 years the area has been the base for the Danish government. Up until 1794, there was where the monarchs lived until they moved to Amalienborg Palace. Today Christianborg Palace houses: The Royals Representations Offices, The Danish Parliament, The Supreme Court, and The Prime Minister Offices.
We will visit the Royal Representations Offices. Indeed, this is the Kings working palace, where he receives all foreign country ambassadors, who must present their credentials before starting their work in Denmark. The King gives audiences. The Royal receptions rooms is also home for state dinners, banquets, receptions, weddings, birthdays etc. After the visit we will do a walking tour in Medieval town of Copenhagen. The tour offers plenty of opportunities for photo stops, and you can choose to walk as much or little as you would like.

Inside visit Chrristianborg Palace Royal Representations Offices (Closed due to Royal activities and check the calender), Old and New Square, Magstræde, Amager Square, Strøget (The Pedestrian Street), Our Ladies Cathedral, The Round Tower.
Tour can be made shorter or be extended to suit your preferences, e. g. combined with a visit to Rosenborg Castle – home for the Crown Jewels (closed on Mondays). Ask me for details and prices.

Admission Ticket for Christiansborg Palace the Royal Prepresentation Offices 17 €. The palace can be closed due to royal activities, which can be check on their website.
